Your responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently study legal restrictions and industry best practices to provide comprehensive recommendations on business process organization. This role requires effective collaboration with business stakeholders who may not be actively involved in daily activities.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough self-research on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
  • Developing and presenting detailed recommendations for optimizing business processes.
  • Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
  • Providing business stakeholders with a clear vision of their future ("to-be") processes.
  • Ensuring seamless communication between the business and development teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and status.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

     

  • Project Documentation and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Develop and maintain detailed business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to facilitate better understanding and decision-making.

     

  • Technical Communication and Implementation:

    • Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different business units to promote a cohesive approach to achieving organizational objectives.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

     

  • Training and Support:

    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for business users to ensure effective use and adoption of ERP, CRM, and MES systems.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or questions that arise during and after implementation.
    • Create user manuals, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist business users.

     

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for future improvement.

  • Education:
    • IT-based university degree or comparable qualification.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Professional experience as a business analyst.
    • Analytical, process-oriented thinking.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and reliability.
    • Fluent in English.
  • Special Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
    • Relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems is a plus
    • Experience in implementation and support projects for ERP, CRM or MES systems is a plus
    • Knowledge in project management, including resource, time, and risk management is a plus
