The company offers its products as OEM customers, as well as directly to the final results on many divisions.

Your responsibilities

Your task will be to support the global procurement department in daily operations, such as:

Updating and maintaining master data for customers/suppliers/products
Monitoring delivery deadlines (e.g., in case of escalations, new projects, etc.)
Handling internal and external correspondence
Acting as a backup: preparing/creating/sending purchase orders
Processing internal sales orders and creating shipping notifications
Executing and participating in additional projects
Actively contributing to the improvement of IPG’s global procurement network

Our expectations

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar position
You thrive in a structured environment with procedures and high standards
You demonstrate negotiation skills, analytical thinking, commitment, organizational talent and strong communication skills and you consider yourself a team player
You are responsible and results-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines and achieving set goals
You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with ERP systems (experience with MS Dynamics Navision is preferred)
You have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills (e.g., German or Russian) will be an advantage
